FAQs

How do I contact Angel Paws Pet Cremation?

You may call us at (760)-510-1010 or email us here. We are available Monday through Friday during normal office hours and are available on the weekends by appointment only.

What if my pet passes away at home?

One of the many things which makes us unique is that we offer a home pickup service. If your pet has passed at home, then please call our office to make arrangements for one of our friendly drivers to meet you at a scheduled time.

Can I still use Angel Paws Pet Cremation no matter who my normal veterinarian is?

Yes you can. As a customer, you have the right to pick whichever pet aftercare service company you desire. Simply tell your veterinarian you wish to have Angel Paws pick up your pet or you may even call us directly and allow us to make the necessary arrangements for you.

Can I make aftercare arrangements even though my pet has not yet passed away?

Yes you can. Many of our clients will call us in advance to coordinate our services. When the time comes to utilize our service, we will already have the necessary information about your pet.

How do I know I am getting my pet’s cremains back?

Angel Paws Pet Aftercare uses an identification process that is in place the moment we first have contact with your pet. Please see our 5 step identification process for more information. Additionally, some of our clients choose to be present when their pet is cremated. For this reason, we have a private viewing room where our clients can come and be present during the cremation process. Please call our office if you would like to inquire about utilizing the viewing room.

How long does it take to get my pet’s cremains returned to me?

Generally, it will take approximately 10 days for your pet’s cremains to be available for pickup. We will expedite our service for a nominal fee if needed.

Can I have my pet euthanized at home?

Yes you can. We have partnered with several quality mobile veterinarians who offer a euthanasia service in the comfort of your home. Once your pet has been euthanized, one of our friendly staff members will arrive at your home in order to transport your pet to our facility. Please see the In Home Euthanasia tab on our main page for further details.
